Ingredients:
• 1 kg boneless chicken, cut into thin strips
• 1 cup Purti Soyalite Refined Soyabean Oil
• 1 large onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1-inch piece ginger, grated
• 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
• 1 teaspoon garam masala
• 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
• 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
• Salt to taste
• 10-12 parathas
• 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
• 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions:
• Marinate the chicken In a large bowl, combine the chicken strips with the cumin seeds, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, ginger, and garlic. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours, to let the flavors infuse.
• Cook the chicken Heat the Purti Soyalite Refined Soyabean Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
• Sauté the onions Add the chopped onions to the skillet and cook until they are softened and golden brown.
• Assemble the rolls Place a paratha on a clean surface. Add a portion of the cooked chicken and sautéed onions to the center of the paratha. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
• Roll & serve Fold the sides of the paratha over the filling, then roll up tightly. Serve immediately, hot and fresh, with additional lemon wedges on the side.
