Prepare this simple yet yummy recipe and enjoy it with your family during tea time! Make this pizza
using bread, without a proper pizza base but don’t worry it doesn’t make the pizza less tasty!
Prep Time: 20-25 minutes
Ingredients:
– Bread slices
– Grated mozzarella cheese – 1 cup
– Thinly sliced capsicum -1
– Thinly sliced onion – 1
– Thinly sliced baby corns – ¼ cup
– Chopped mushrooms – ¼ cup
– Salsa sauce
– Oregano seasoning
– Black pepper
– Butter
– Purti Soyalite Refined Soyabean Oil
Directions:
– First heat oil in a pan and add capsicum, onions, baby corn and mushrooms in it.
– Add pepper and salt in the mixture and cook on high flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
– Take bread slices and spread salsa sauce on them.
– Spread the sautéed vegetable mix on it and top it up with grated mozzarella cheese.
– Preheat oven at 180 degrees and grease a baking dish with butter.
– Bake the bread slices for 6 to 7 minutes.
– After baking sprinkle oregano seasoning on it.
Serve hot with mayonnaise, tea or coffee.
