Ingredients
2 cups mixed winter vegetables (cauliflower florets, carrot chunks, green beans, peas)
2 tbsp yellow mustard seeds
1 tbsp black mustard seeds
2 tbsp poppy seeds (posto)
2 tbsp grated coconut
4-5 green chillies, slit
1-inch ginger, grated
1/2 cup plain yogurt or coconut milk
1 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste

Handful of fresh coriander leaves, chopped
1/2 tsp sugar (optional)
Preparation Steps
