Tips for Perfect Crispy Bread Bites
Always seal the bread edges properly so the filling doesn’t come out during frying.
Fry on medium heat to ensure the bread becomes crispy without burning.
Mustard oil gives a stronger flavor, so heating it well before frying helps balance the taste.
You can also add grated cheese or paneer to the stuffing for extra richness.
For a healthier version, the bread bites can be air-fried or baked.
