Ingredients:
For the Chicken Filling:
• Boneless chicken breast, cubed
• Ginger-garlic paste
• Green chilies, chopped
• Turmeric powder
• Red chili powder
• Cumin powder
• Coriander powder
• Garam masala
• Salt to taste
• Purti kachi ghani mustard oil
For the Bread Coating:
• Bread slices
• Gram flour (besan)
• Rice flour
• Red chili powder
• Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• Water
Instructions:
• Marinate the Chicken:
• In a bowl, combine the cubed chicken with ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt.
• Marinate for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.
• Cook the Chicken:
• Heat Purti kachi ghani mustard oil in a pan.
• Add the marinated chicken and cook until it’s tender and the spices are well blended.
• Prepare the Bread:
