You would need below ingredients to serve 1
– 1 Cup puffed rice or muri
– 1 Tomato
– ½ Carrot (grated)
– ¼ Mango raw
– ¼ Cup coconut pieces
– ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
– ¼ tsp aamchur powder
– ¼ Cup sev
– ¼ Cup ground nuts
– ½ Lemon
– A Few coriander leaves
– 1 tsp Purti Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil
– Salt to taste.

Directions:

Assemble all the vegetables and chopped coconut pieces. In a pan add mustard oil and roast groundnuts. Take them off the pan once they are golden brown. Roast the coconut pieces in the same pan till they are golden. Roast the puffed rice. Assemble puffed rice, roasted groundnut, roasted coconut pieces and sev. In a big vessel add puffed rice, roasted coconut pieces, roasted groundnuts and sev. Now add chopped onions, tomatoes, raw mangoes and grated carrot. Add all the masalas including red chilli powder, amchur powder, roasted and ground cumin powder and salt. Squeeze lemon. Add chopped coriander leaves. Drizzle mustard oil and mix well.
