How Purti handles it: Check it yourself: ISO 22000:2018 by TÜV Rheinland (Reg. No. 01 154 2437310, valid until February 2027) covering refining, hydrogenation, vitamin fortification and packing, plus an FSSAI Central Licence (No. 10012031000110) as a manufacturer. Download both below.
Risk 02 · Inconsistent containersWill my next container match the first one?
How Purti handles it: Every batch is refined and packed in our own plant at Kalachhara, Hooghly, under one ISO 22000:2018 system — degumming, neutralisation, bleaching, deodorisation and packing follow the same controlled process.
Risk 03 · Label rejectionsWill the labels meet my market’s rules?
How Purti handles it: Many markets set their own rules — Saudi Arabia, for example, requires Arabic labels showing shelf life. Ship under the Purti brand or your own private label, and work with our team on label content such as nutrition information.
Risk 04 · Wrong pack formatsCan I get packs my buyers actually want?
How Purti handles it: Choose 1 L pouches and bottles, 5 L jars, 15 kg tins and jars, or the 15 kg vanaspati Bag-in-Box — a cube pack that stacks efficiently and uses space better than round tins.
